If anyone on my flist actually watches General Hospital (ahahaha right), someone please explain to me why James Franco has kidnapped Lucky, Liz and Nicolas' baby?

I refuse to not call his character James Franco, ok. His character's name is actually Franco. His character's mom is played by James Franco's mom. His character's "friends" are played by James Franco's friends. Come on. He's clearly an alternate universe James Franco who went crazy instead of being on Freaks and Geeks and Spidersmen.

Edit: I'd also love for someone to explain to me why when 1) a baby has been kidnapped and 2) there's been a MASS SHOOTOUT IN THE ER, everyone is more interested in this lady who died and wasn't even a main character.

EVEN THE BABY'S MOTHER is all "oh Shirley, you died. :(" Um, yeah, ok Liz, but your baby? Kidnapped by a crazy dude. I'm just saying.

Also, there are literally no words to describe how hard I laughed at Lucky locking Nic in a dungeon for five minutes.

Also, they started a plot with Luke and Tracy and the VERY NEXT EPISODE Anthony Geary went on one of his hiatuses.

I am catching up backwards, because...well, watching it FORWARDS doesn't make it make MORE sense. And like...I just noticed something. On July 21st, Liz is ready go go home with her baby. On the 19th, she HAS her baby. Prematurely. (I imagine, she's not 9 months pregnant, but the baby's like a toddler-size kid)

Also, Lucky and Nic are wearing the same clothes, so this is all obviously the same day...so...what? MY MIND.

Well, that's...kind of like getting the two most annoying characters and putting them on a plane, then.

He's... if you forget his origins, he's a compelling character, but... IDK - I've always eyerolled at him. Although Todd/Blair was always amusing in a train-wreck kind of way.

Soaps seem to LOVE redeeming people.
