I can't sleep, so I came on to read ljs. And got duck-duck-goosed by
viridian5 Yay!
1) Total number of films you own: 312 is where I gave up counting. Though, a lot of them were gifts or things I bought in lots a few years back. As they're mostly on vhs. If you mean dvds only, I've got about 20.
2) The last film I bought: It was either "The Adventures of Bullwhip Griffin" or "Crash".
3) The last film watched at home: I watched bits and pieces of X Men 2 the other day with
viridian5 via IM, but I don't know if that counts as I didn't see the whole thing. If we're counting full movie, the last one I saw all the way through was "Cube Zero", which was so not as good as the original.
4) Five films that I watch a lot or that mean a lot to me:
-- The Creature Wasn't Nice/Spaceship for being my first foray into the utterly bizarre. Come on. Dancing, singing aliens? Spaceballs, nothin'. TCWN did it first. Plus, it had John Steed, Shirley Feeney AND Leslie Nielson.
--Fright Night II, because I do so enjoy bowling vampires and Roddy McDowall. I mean, why else would I buy The Adventures of Bullwhip Griffin?
-- Cube, a truly dark and clausterphobic movie. It's also got science and numbers, which doesn't hurt. Lovely.
--Ginger Snaps, one of the first truly intelligent werewolf movies I've seen in years.
--Mr. Mom, because it was the first movie I ever watched with my dad.
5) Which five people are you passing the baton onto? And why?
die_puny_human,
d_v_8,
lmondegreen,
chimera_dreams and
twoweevils, because I'm VERY curious!
